Was there between 8pm to 12am, 20th of April 2018. Small but well decorated Bar/Cafe. Great relaxing atmosphere suitable for chit chat, reading or working with laptop (certain seatings have wall sockets). Serves international beers/whiskeys, coffee (both alcohol and alcohol-free) and small deserts/pasteries. Waitresses are professional and quite chill, trusts customers to be adults and doesn't over-attend your table (unlike most places in Taiwan where you're often rushed to finished your food or drinks by staffs in order to flip tables more frequently). Prices are slightly above average but is very reasonable given the atmosphere and space it provides. P.S. as an added bonus. There was an individual with a slight mental disability at the bar seat during the hours I was there. The two waitresses made her feel welcomed and treated her with respect throughout her stay just like any other customers. I cannot give more praise for the two staffs that night. Really excellent!
